Meet the founder
Vitalii Mikhno is the founder and General Manager of our company, bringing more than six years of professional experience in the automotive protection and customization industry.
His journey began in Ukraine, where he developed his expertise in automotive films, paint protection solutions, and vehicle appearance enhancement. Through years of hands-on work, he mastered the installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF), vinyl wraps, window tinting, paint correction, and polishing, building a reputation for precision, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship.
After relocating to the United States, Vitalii continued his career in the automotive industry, working with established shops and expanding his knowledge of the American market. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of vehicles, customer needs, and industry-leading installation techniques.
Driven by a vision to provide exceptional service and uncompromising quality, Vitalii founded his own company. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted business serving vehicle owners throughout Southern California.
Today, in addition to overseeing installations and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, Vitalii serves as the company’s General Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including project management, customer relations, sales, business development, supplier partnerships, quality control, and team coordination.
His leadership extends beyond technical expertise. Vitalii manages business strategy, develops relationships with industry partners and brands, oversees client consultations, and ensures that every project is completed with professionalism and attention to detail. By combining hands-on industry knowledge with strong operational management, he has built a company focused on delivering outstanding results and long-term customer satisfaction.
